We ship domestically via USPS Flat Rate. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Indy Concealment is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave our facility. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses match to avoid order issues. You'll receive automated emails about your order status and tracking information. If you don't see them, check your spam folder.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. It does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, or accidental damage. If your product is defective, we will repair or replace it. Please contact us for an RMA number before returning any items.
You can return products within 30 days if you're not satisfied. Contact us via email to get an RMA number. Items must be new and unused. Returns without an RMA may be delayed or denied. Altered or misused items cannot be returned.
Yes, you can cancel your order before it ships. However, for orders with special parts or materials, a cancellation fee of up to 25% may apply due to non-returnable items or restocking fees. Please make sure you're committed to your purchase before ordering special items.
