RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: May 2026 Welcome to Indy Concealment. We take pride in producing high-quality Kydex holsters and EDC gear built for reliability, comfort, and everyday carry. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to resolving issues fairly and professionally.

 

RETURNS

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.To qualify for a return:Item must be unused and in original condition Item must include all original hardware and packaging Item must not show signs of modification, damage, or excessive wear Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:Custom-made holsters Personalized or special-order items Products modified from standard configurations Clearance or discounted items Used products Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation Because many products are built to order, customers are responsible for verifying:Firearm model Light or optic compatibility Handedness selectionColor and hardware selections before placing an order.

 

EXCHANGES

If you ordered the incorrect configuration or need assistance with fitment, please contact us before initiating a return or exchange.In many cases, we can help resolve the issue quickly without requiring a return.Approved exchanges may require the customer to cover return shipping costs unless the issue resulted from an error on our part.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.Please allow:3–5 business days for inspection and processing Additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error caused by Indy Concealment.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.Please include:Your order number Photos of the issueA brief description of the problem We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, store credit, or refund when applicable.

 

WARRANTY & PRODUCT USE

Our products are designed for everyday carry and normal intended use.Damage caused by:Improper installationUnauthorized modificationExcessive forceMisuseNeglectNormal cosmetic wearmay not be covered under warranty.Products such as optic battery tools and hardware accessories should be used according to recommended guidelines. Over-tightening or improper use may result in damage not covered under warranty.S

 

HIPPING RETURNS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:The wrong item was receivedThe item arrived damagedThe issue resulted from an error caused by Indy Concealment We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled prior to production or shipment.Because many products are made to order, cancellation requests submitted after production has begun may be subject to a restocking or processing fee.
