Indy Concealment Return & Warranty Policy

 

At Indy Concealment, we are committed to providing high-quality products, services and excellent customer service. Please review our return and warranty policies below.

Return Policy:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within the first two weeks (14 days) of receiving your order (returns/refunds requested after this time period will fall under our warranty policy for repair or replacement).

  • Returned items must be in original condition, contain no alterations and proof of purchase is required.

  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the item and after an Indy Concealment representative has inspected the item. 

 

Warranty Policy:

  • If your Indy Concealment product breaks during normal use, Indy Concealment will (at our discretion) repair or replace it at no charge.

  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear, not misuse, abuse, failed attempts at any and all DIY kits or any altered Indy Concealment products. For warranty claims regarding Indy Concealment products purchased through any authorized retailer or third-party establishment, please direct your claim to the original point of purchase.

 

Additional Information:

  • International shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered under any warranty.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Custom, one-off products or services not listed on our website are not eligible for refunds or returns (see "non-returnable items" shown below).

Non-returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable.

  • User damaged items

  • Items altered by user

  • Failed attempts at any and all DIY items

  • Digital goods or services

  • Purchased of any holsters trigger guards or any other custom made items not listed on our site

  • Laser engraved items such as but not limited to: Belt Clips, Keychains, Business Cards and all other laser engraved items not listed here.​
