1. Lifetime Warranty Coverage

Indy Concealment proudly offers a Lifetime Warranty on all qualifying products against defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal intended use by the original purchaser.

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the product

• Replace the product

• Replace defective hardware or components

This warranty applies for the lifetime of the product and is non-transferable.

 

2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

• Defects in workmanship

• Defects in materials

• Cracking or failure of Kydex due to manufacturing defects

• Improperly installed hardware from production

• Retention issues caused by manufacturing defects

• Hardware failure under normal intended use

 

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal cosmetic wear and tear

• Scratches, scuffs, or finish wear

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling

• Damage caused by excessive heat exposure

• Damage from improper modifications or alterations

• Damage caused by accidents or intentional abuse

• Lost hardware or components

• Improper firearm installation or use

• Products modified by anyone other than Indy Concealment

• Damage resulting from over-tightening hardware

• Issues caused by incompatible aftermarket accessories or attachments

 

4. Kydex & Hardware Wear Disclaimer

Kydex holsters and accessories are designed for daily use and may show signs of wear over time. Minor cosmetic wear, retention changes from use, and hardware loosening are considered normal maintenance items and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Customers are responsible for periodically checking and tightening hardware as needed.

Thread locker is recommended for hardware maintenance where appropriate.

 

5. Custom Products

Custom-made products, special-order items, and personalized products are covered under this warranty for manufacturing defects only.

Due to the custom nature of these items:

• Cosmetic preferences are not covered

• Buyer’s remorse is not covered

• Fitment issues resulting from incorrect customer-provided information are not covered

Once a warranty claim is reviewed and approved, Indy Concealment may:

• Replace defective hardware

Replacement products may vary slightly due to material availability or product revisions.

 

8. Shipping Responsibilities

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise determined by Indy Concealment.

Indy Concealment is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when sending products for warranty evaluation.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Indy Concealment shall not be liable for:

• Incidental damages

• Consequential damages

• Personal injury

• Property damage

• Loss resulting from improper use of products

Users are responsible for ensuring safe firearm handling and proper use of all products.

 

10. Product Safety & Proper Use

Customers are responsible for:

• Verifying proper firearm fitment

• Ensuring proper retention before use

• Practicing safe firearm handling

• Regularly inspecting products for wear or damage

Always follow all local, state, and federal laws regarding firearm ownership and carry.

 

11. Unauthorized Modifications

Any unauthorized modifications, alterations, drilling, cutting, reshaping, or permanent changes made to a product will void this warranty.
